Prepayment is now required for all bookings. New and returning clients can schedule by booking with Sarah, Christopher, and Larkin online. Please click the "Book Now" button located at the top of each page and follow the prompts. You can also change current appointments, see when appointments are etc, you just have to MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITH USER NAME AND PASSWORD. Cancelation Policy:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It is our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, so the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling/rescheduling an appointment (unless a client has symptoms or exposure to a Covid-19 positive person. In this case, we appreciate the notice regardless of how short prior to the appointment and no charge will occur. No call/No shows will always be charged). This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment at that time. Spaces are limited, so please keep this in mind at the time of booking/rescheduling. If you are unable to give notice 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without proper advanced notice will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged the full amount of a regularly priced massage.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time or a few minutes late. Please do not arrive early as we unlock the door right at the time of the appointment. Thanks!
Sick Policy
If you are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19 after testing positive within three weeks of your appointment, please reschedule your appointment for the health and well-being of our therapists and other clients. In the event of sickness, the therapist is also required to reschedule. If you wake up sick, please let us know in advance of the appointment and you will not be charged.
