Jessica is particularly skilled at finding long time patterns of held energy and tensions and releasing these for more long term relief. Sarah is a Cortland local and a skilled, intuitive, licensed massage therapist who has been Reiki certified since 2010. Her work is focused on promoting an overall sense of well-being and balancing the emotional, physical, and energetic bodies. Christopher is originally from Pennsylvania and currently comes to us from Syracuse, NY. He enjoys giving deep tissue and myofascial release along with trigger point and cupping therapy. In his free time, Christopher enjoys cinema, shopping, tasty treats and local gatherings. Hello, my name is Larkin Gordon. Prior to being employed at Global Heart Healing and Massage, I was a self-employed LMT with over four years of experience. Through my schooling and experience as a massage therapist I have developed a unique approach to massage therapy, that I believe can be greatly beneficial not only for deep relaxation, but also to address issues of pain, stiffness, and muscular imbalances. I use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching to improve range of motion. I want clients to not only feel relaxed, but I also want them walking away from a session in less pain and with better posture and more mobility.

I am also an after-school counselor during the school year working with 2nd through 5th graders at Belle Sherman elementary in Ithaca. In my free time I try to stay active by running, walking, and doing strength training. In the beginning of the pandemic I started doing origami as a means to pass the time and from there it turned into a passion of mine. I'm also an avid reader and I love to cook.
